Overview

The Genies Starter Pack is designed to support the 3D creation processes. We are happy to share our templates and internal tools with the artists to ensure the quality of their 3D Creations.

Starter Pack

Wearables Starter Pack​

The Wearables Starter Pack includes a unique 3D Mannequin model and the wearables Layering Guides. It is a single .fbx file that can be imported in the majority of the 3D modeling software.

Fashion Kit​

The Fashion Kit is a collection of 3D models that were carefully put together to assist 3D artists during their design and creation processes. Artists are free to mix and match provided models from the Fashion Kit into their personal wearable creations for final submission.

Genies Tools Blender Add-on​

The Genies Tools Blender add-on gives the artists access to powerful tool our team uses to help get assets ready for the Genies Ecosystem. The add-on runs a preliminary check on 3D models to make sure they meet they clear the initial criteria for optimized app performance.

Substance Painter Project Template​

The Substance Painter Project Template is set up to match the lighting and color space in the Genies Ecosystem and Unity game engine. The template has additional channels enabled that allows to create required RGBAMask texture map.

Substance Painter Export Preset​

The Substance Painter Export Preset is created to support a unified texture export for the Genies Ecosystem. The preset combines the needed texture channels into the URP texture maps and takes care of the texture maps naming.
